(6 to 9 week series- 3-hour weekly process group/Co facilitated with an MFT)
Combining “Creativity and Mindfulness” for the purpose of self-discovery. This is a “Group Process” gathering of women that will merge the Essence of Mindfulness Practice and the Magic of Creative Process, to bring about transformational change. A variety of mindfulness exercises will be experienced and combined with creative expression, exploring a numerous artistic mediums and creative modalities. There will be a theme for each week, as well as an introduction of a variety of possible techniques to enrich the experience. This is designed to encourage women to step into creative process and embrace it as a natural part of their daily life. Sharing builds community while “working in silence” allows ones inner creative voice to be heard more easily.
